Skintanics products are carefully crafted and packaged by hand. We do not buy huge quantities of ingredients at any given time, which means your product will be made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) for production, payment processing and shipping. No shipping on weekends or holidays.

Shipping International

International shipping is not available at this time.

Returns

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. However, we do offer replacements on products that are that are failing. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for variations in texture, scent, color, etc—these will all vary from batch to batch. Natural ingredients are not identical and can cause variations in the final products.

Skintanics is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages, or shipping delays. Always double check shipping address to prevent lost packages.
